Employer Engagement Program

San Francisco State University's Employer Engagement Program (EEP) provides an excellent opportunity for employers to connect with our diverse pool of talented students and build a strong presence on our campus. Utilizing our EEP, employers can connect with qualified students through our program that is centered around premium attendance at our career fairs. Generate student connections through the fairs and then capitalize on that momentum through custom employer sessions, campus tabling, on-campus interviews, CLD professional staff consultation, & career center office hours.  

Our university is located in the heart of the Bay Area, providing unique opportunities for employers to tap into a vibrant and innovative talent pool. Our students come from diverse backgrounds and possess a wide range of skills and experience that can benefit employers across many industries. By engaging with us, employers can gain premier access to this valuable talent pool, while also providing students with real-world experience and building their professional networks.
