Here's how to make the most of your career fair experience and turn conversations into opportunities.

Prepare: A little preparation can go a long way. Taking time to research employers, update your resume, and practice your introduction can help you feel more confident and make the most of your conversations at the fair.

Attend: You don't have to be an expert to attend a career fair. The goal is to start conversations, learn about opportunities, and practice networking. Challenge yourself to step outside your comfort zone. A single conversation could lead to your next internship, job, or professional connection.
